Many years ago, on our old website, we launched Le Coin Cuisto (the chefs corner) to share recipies, ideas and techniques to promote the barbecue Braai kitchen in europe.
Now, in 2019, with our new website www.vinuovo.com, we relaunche our blog Le Coin Cuisto

Off course, it will take lots of time, but I really feel like sharing tips, recipes, techniques and decent ingredients!
Your ideas or any other input from you as a visitor are welcome, we would like to share them with our followers.
Personally, I'm really looking forward to the wonderfull, cosy, relaxing moments, uniting friends, family, suppliers, growers and customers around the Braai fire to test and invent new amazing stuff!
