When do I pay ?
Once you have properly checked your shopping basket, you must pay to confirm your order.
Your order will not be processed unless you have paid.
If your payment did not go through ; no problem, contact our customer service and we can find a solution together.
Is it a secure payment ?
Please make sure that on your top right corner of the screen shows a green padlock – this means your connection is secure.
All payments made online via our website go through MOLLIE ; one of the biggest payment providers in the Netherlands and extremely reliable.
How can i pay ?
We accept the following methods of payment :
Visa and Visa Electron
Bancontact / Mister Cash
CB – Bank Cards
If you encounter any problems whilst paying, you can always contact us and pay over the phone.
If this happens, our staff will ask you for your card details and input them manually into our payment system.
We will of course send you a confirmation email including your receipt as soon as possible.
Can I pay in cash ?
In our French shop, we accept cash payments up to 1000€ maximum, due to legal rights.
Can I pay by cheque ?
We only accept French bank cheques.
Please make sure to sign and make it out to VINUOVO. We will control the cheques with our bank BNP Paribas before confirming the payment and your order.
If your order is over 500€ ; we will only accept ‘bank cheques’ distributed via the bank directly ; stamped and already debited from your account.
Can I pay by bank transfer ?
