BERLIN Outdoor Wooden Staircase - 12 steps, Height 207 cm (81.50 in) - multiple widths

This DIY outdoor staircase kit is designed to provide a simple and reliable exterior access solution for overcoming height differences. It is an ideal access solution for terraces, gardens, sheds, rooftops, mobile homes, and other outdoor areas.

• Available widths: 60 cm (23.62 in), 80 cm (31.50 in), 100 cm (39.37 in), 120 cm (47.24 in), 140 cm (55.12 in), and 160 cm (62.99 in)

• Stair height: from 37 cm (14.57 in) to 275 cm (108.27 in) — from 2 to 16 steps

The BERLIN outdoor wooden staircase  kit includes two wooden treads per step, Ø5×60 mm stainless steel screws, and wooden stringers. For the number of stringers , refer to the table below.

Each tread is made of pressure-treated pine wood (Class 4), measuring 14.5 cm (5.7 in) in width and 2.7 cm (1 in) in thickness, with one planed side and one grooved side. 

The treads are not pre-drilled, allowing you to position the screws/stringers freely during installation.

• Design: With or without risers, optional (the riser is the vertical board that closes the space between two steps)

Please remember to include wall and floor fixings in your order to secure your outdoor staircase, as they are not included in the kit.

How many fixing materials will you be needing?

This depends on how many stringers you have, based on the width of the staircase.

• 2 stair stringers
• 3 stair stringers

• Do you wish freestanding deck stairs, or are you afraid that you have a wall of poor quality?

  Then order one support post per stringer (schrews are included)

• Mounting brackets are more solid then fastening brackets

  • 2 mounting brackets per stair stringer

    or

  • 2 fastening brackets per stair stringer

    or

  • 1 mounting bracket (on the upper side) and 1 fastening bracket (at the bottom side) per stair stringer

Mounting brackets and fastening brackets are deliverd with the necessary screws that are sufficiently strong for a fixation in solid wood.
