Morso Free Standing Tuscan plancha Ø32,5cm
The free standing Tuscan black enamelled cast iron plancha will work perfectly with your Morso Forno oven and with the Medio and Grande gas barbecues.
Thanks to the sloping edge around the plate, fish, meat and vegetables will stay on the plancha, centered above the fire/heat; it also collects all the meat juices for sauces.
You can purchase separately the removable Morso handle (click here) to easily move the Tuscan plancha. This handle will also allow you to safely remove the plancha from the barbecue.
