For a really good pizza, the essential accessory is the pizza stone set. This set is made of ceramic tiles and is perfect to use with the Morso Forno.
Before using the stones, it is important to heat them up thoroughly.
When making pizzas, you need flames. The optimum temperature for pizzas is 300-400°C. Simply place your pizza on the stones and in a few short minutes your pizza is perfectly cooked.
The set consists of a central stone, a back stone and 3 side stones. The stones are resistant to particularly high temperatures of up to 1250°C and have also been tested down to -20°C.
