Cast Iron Pizza Pan Ø36.7cm - PIZZACRAFT

To use : Use any combinaison of pizza dough. cheese. tomato sauce and fillings. Preheat oven to 218°C. Either spray pan with cooking spray or apply a thin coat of olive oil to promote browing of crust. Roll 14 to 16 ounces of pizza dough to 1/4" thickness; transfert dough to prepared pan. Top with your favorite ingredients and bake for approximately 20 minutes. or until cheese melts and crust is browned. May also be used on a grill using the indirect grilling method.
